I had the absolute privilege of capturing behind-the-scenes moments during Megyn Kelly’s tour stop in San Antonio, and it was such a cool experience to document. There’s something special about photographing the parts of an event most people never get to see — the energy backstage, the prep, the quiet moments, the real reactions.
Megyn and her team were incredibly kind and easy to be around, and the whole day had this electric-but-calm momentum that made shooting feel effortless. From the pre-show setup to the last-minute conversations before she hit the stage, every moment felt meaningful in its own way.
San Antonio always brings a great crowd, but being able to capture the behind-the-scenes heartbeat of the event made this one extra memorable. It’s the kind of session where you walk away feeling grateful to do what you do — telling the story that happens off-camera while everyone else is watching the show.
